    Fabulous

Nice rtooms, very friendly staff, nice quiet location (if your room is not on the side near the road), each room has own "private" entrance.

Pool & gym were closed. Makes the hotel a lot less appealing, I'm afraid.

    Fabulous

Friendly and obliging service Good country location and space

Could have done with two towels for two people Lack of continental option for breakfast

    Very good

Simple, no fuss, I had a double bed even though I booked a single occupancy, very accommodating.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin, and I could hear the family next door quite clearly....including there bathroom extractor fan!

    Exceptional

This accommodation is in an ideal place for the work that I am tasked with at the present. The price is reasonable for a clean en-suite room, tea/coffe facilities, and free Internet access. The on-site restaurant has reasonably priced excellent food. I will be staying again!

Excellent walk for the dog around the pond etc. helpful staff and convenient to Hartpury - we were visiting our grandaughter who is a student there.

Arriving late at night the Lodge was all closed up and had to ring the lodge. The room felt damp, particularly the bedding.

    Superb

Very pleasant 2 nights stay room was clean and very well prepared the member of staff I met was very helpful and made me feel welcome. The location is very handy for the country side and if you need a town/city it is only a short drive away. Even though the Lodge is in a country lane it was easy to find and the parking area etc. was well lit.

Only small point I think £5 is a bit steep for a basic breakfast of cereals etc., I did not have breakfast as I was put off by the price.

    Staff were friendly and helpful

No literature in room informing patrons of places of interest etc. Radiators were switched off, when I mentioned it I was told they were switched off in the summer months, even though we had just came through a flash flood and it was very cold. Staff did get them put on when I requested it though.

    Exceptional

We were staying in London and our family of 6 traveled to the Cotswalds for a short break. The accommodation was great and reasonably priced. The staff great!

    Very good

A good idea, chalet-style rooms in a complex with outside bench sitting areas.  Reception: Curt but informative giving me all I needed to know.  Room - a Double.  Tight (definitely if used as a Double). Open hanging area. Only Two small drawers for storage. Decor good, clean. Ensuite: narrow. Insufficient shelving for storage of personal toiletries .  Clean, good decorative condition.  Bar: has two Real Ales available along with the usual host of Europiss. Restaurant. An old barn with very good decor. Food: Limited menu, five starters, six mains. Food good, well presented.  Good value for what I paid. Not sure I would return...   Reason eludes me though!!

Limited storage in room and en suite

    Superb

Staff are very helpful and friendly and eager to help. Eg the tv was not working so they just replaced it. Couldnt do enough to make my visit comfortable for me,

Bed was uncomfortable due to thick plastic covering on the mattress which made me sweat and also was very uncomfortable and made a noise when you moved.
